Just pick up your guitar and transition through all these chords. Go from the G chord to the C chord and then to the D chord. Create little melodies and strum along with a cd. It's extremely simple. If you make time and practice everyday or every night, for atleast 30 minutes to an hour, you will have all these chords down in anywhere from 1 to 3 months. I kept my guitar by my bed and practiced a little everynight and it took me roughly 1 month. Just stick with it and you'll learn these chords.
